The treadmill wagon that is. Most of my exercise room has been set up for the past week and I've finally regained some consistency in my workouts. Once my new job was finalized, I canceled my YMCA membership (sadly, no more lunchtime workouts for me) and, as of January, will be saving myself $38 per month!
This, of course, means that when I get home from work I can't sit down and laze it out on the couch. In an effort to avoid complacency, I've been tracking my mileage in old school fashion on a calendar in the exercise room -- sorry to abandon you dailymile. My goal for December is to log 40 miles and rebuild my stamina to run a 5K without interruption. At the end of the month, I'll report back on my progress. I really don't have any excuses since I have December 23 until December 31 off from work. Wish me luck!
