This is the first day I've woken up to sun and warmth since we returned home from Hawaii! (You can expect more posts on our trip this week too.) After letting Buster outside, I immediately opened our windows and sliding glass door for the first time since we moved in last November! Nice weather instantly heightens my mood. After church, Jim and I are making a nice brunch at home -- french toast, eggs, sausage, the works. In past years, we've gone out to the Gideon Putnam or the Desmond, but we're trying to tighten our financial belts right now given my job situation (more details to come soon).
